Check these things:
Poll Prefs "Poll:" has value other than "Nothing".
Poll Prefs "Use:" has value of "0:All servers".
Server Prefs "Poll:" box is checkmarked for all Servers.
NG Prefs "Poll:" has value other than "nothing" for each NG.
NG Prefs "From:" has proper/valid Server.
