That is not how it works, Christine.  It is kind of confusing but Pocket
Purchase is only for those users who want to be instantly validated by using
a Credit Card.  This process does not require you to install a license key
but talks directly to Pocket Purchase during HotSync (host PC must be
online).  If you have a license key file, then you don't need to worry about
Pocket Purchase at all.
