Bonjour Gregg,
I have the licence key for the version 2. and I was a
beta-tester for the version 3. You say that for the
beta-testers the licence is free. But, when I connect,
I am not recognized like registered user, and I cannot
download the news. 
What to make?

That is not how it works, Christine.  It is kind of
confusing but Pocket
Purchase is only for those users who want to be
instantly validated by using
a Credit Card.  This process does not require you to
install a license key
but talks directly to Pocket Purchase during HotSync
(host PC must be
online).  If you have a license key file, then you
don't need to worry about
Pocket Purchase at all.
