Is ANYBODY successful using T5 *and* Java Conduit?

We have 3 reports now of users who cannot get this combination to work.
Unfortunately the only specific details I have (Thorsten's) has some
extenuating circumstances.
Is there anyone out there who is successfully using the conduit with his T5?
If you have a T5 but are not using the conduit, would you be willing to
install it to see if it works?
