Please help! Is there a getting started guide for yanoff?

I've Installed Yanoff on my Palm (a Tungsten T).
I want to use Yanoff as an offline newsreader (i.e sync with 
newsgroups when it's in the crade)

But I'm not sure how to do this!
I believe I need to download the Jsync Java Conduit, is that right?
How do I tell yanoff to use Jsync?
Which version of Jsync do I use? (I can see all the files for the 
download)

I've searched for a FAQ or getting started guide, but can't find one.
Apologies (and please tell me where it is) if there is one.
