Please send your NewsSubscriptions.pdb and NewsServers.pdb (logins/passwords
will be exposed to us but if you want us to make sure it works, there's no
other way) and we will get to the bottom of it, let you know, and update the
FAQ.  Use "support...[at]PalmYanoff___<dot>___com".

P.S.  Are you SURE your new server is activated ("Poll" is checkmarked on
Server Prefs)?
