I also use Fonts4OS5 but with Handera 22 Bold, although it never  
occurred to me to try 16, which I'll do and see if it fits my eyesight!

I've heard of Blue Fang, but since I'm pretty adamant about ensuring  
BT is off when I'm not using it, I never considered its use -  
although I probably should give it another look.

For a dictionary, I use Road Linuga's World Net dictionary which is  
accessed via command bar. Highlight the word you want to look up then  
call up the command bar, select the RL icon and your word will be  
pasted into the dictionary and definition looked up.

I also use SpellCheck which is another program called up via the  
command bar to spell check posts.

Finally, for data input, I use the Fitaly keyboard. It's far faster  
and more accurate than graffiti and much more flexible. Information  
can be found at www.fitaly.com. I've been using it for several years  
on both my Palm and Pocket PC devices and can't imagine using a PDA  
without it.
