Will the TX troubles never end?
New Yanoff is *VERY* careful to do this:
If connection is up, use it and leave it up.
If connection is down, bring it up, use it then take it down.

I can't imagine why this would be happening but it is ONLY on the TX if 
it is!!!

What do you mean "after reading"?  Do you mean that it terminates the 
connection when you exit the app (or is it when the poll session ends)?
