I don't have much time myself, but I could take a look to
the conduit source code -- I know a bit of Java.

Gregg, I hope that the old conduit will be compatible with 
Yanoff 2.0, unless you're working on your own conduit... in 
this case, I guess you would at least consider implementing
the useful feature suggested in the original message in this 
thread.
