Port 563 is a RED FLAG that the NG is using SSL which, unfortunately, 
no version of Yanoff yet supports.  However, all is not lost!  It is 
very possible that the NG works on the normal non-SSL port, too!  So 
try the default 119 port and see if it works.  If not, wait for version 
5.0 or try to convince your school that SSL is idiotic and that they 
should provide non-SSL access at port 119...
