T-Sinus 45 Prototyp - bootloader problem

hi all,

i have a t-sinus 45 prototpyp simpad. the boarddesign is from 1999.

this is the boot from console:

the connection dont established with 112k sync after 4 retries. who knows,
how to load the bootloader ?
