Oh, this can also be related to some misconfiguration of the MSC registers. When you fire up X you use a lot of memory and if the SDRAM is not configured properly you will sooner or later get into trouble. Walter: Could you please double check the MSC values for SDRAM and flash? > But apart from this... really good work! Yes, indeed! > If we get this resume issue fixed, we'll have a usable device... the OE > images for it only need some minor config fixes and a web browser :-) The resume issue is presumably a kernel problem since the SIMpad bootloader changes AFAIK do not affect suspend/resume path. So my guess is rather that the SIMpad kernel uses a more WIN-CE compatible suspend/resume code in order to copy with the original SIMpad bootloader. Should be quite easy to spot and fix... > Greetings > Florian CU nils faerber -- kernel concepts Tel: +49-271-771091-12 Dreisbachstr. 24 Fax: +49-271-771091-19 D-57250 Netphen Mob: +49-176-21024535 -- ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by BEA Weblogic Workshop FREE Java Enterprise J2EE developer tools!
