Suspend register (was: Bootloader after ...)

Is there posibility to burn/broke some part of this register by using inproper power source or by hanging Simpad? 
What can be wrong when suspend is not working (normal reset works)?
I was trying wince and linux, and siemens bootloaders 2.4 and 2.5.3.
PS.
Please make new bootloader work with wince :-)
