Ok Ralf, this is what has happened with the file you sent me:

1) I've tried with loader_bl and it has worked as usual (the upload has worked, 
but at the next reboot, the old bootloader was still there)

2) I've tried to serload all the SL4 empty img yous sent me. Unfortunately it 
didn't work:

Base    : 0xc0008000 Size 33521660 entry:0xc0008000
Overlap: 8000-1fffffc   && 1f00014-1f74b9c
Will fail -- try to load alternate loader: loader.alt


uhm... I guess what will happen if I try to use the CL img to erase a smaller 
portion of RAM and then try to install a CL4 linux version (I've been able to 
install Windows CE 3.0 for CL, probably since the image is smaller this avoid 
the overlap issue). Any side effect in do this?
