Hi, > Alex has made an image for bootldr. > http://handhelds.org/~chicken/simpadtestimage.jffs2 Is this supposed to work? At least on my CL4 with flash upgrade to 32M, the boot stops with: SA1100 flash: probing 16-bit flash bus Search for id:(89 18) interleave(1) type(2) Search for id:(89 18) interleave(1) type(2) Search for id:(89 18) interleave(1) type(2) JEDEC: Found no SA1100 flash device at location zero SA1100 flash: Found 1 x16 devices at 0x1000000 in 16-bit mode Using buffer write method No RedBoot partition table detected in SA1100 flash Using static partition definition Creating 2 MTD partitions on "SA1100 flash": 0x00000000-0x00040000 : "SIMpad bootldr" 0x00040000-0x02000000 : "SIMpad root jffs2" And here it hangs. It looks like it finds the second flash but not the first one. However, the new bootldr was able to flash the 20M image just fine.
