Kernel 2.6 - MQ200 License ?

Hi folks,

in order to support the ongoing Linux 2.6 on SIMpad port,
it is required that we clean MQ200 licensing once and for all.

Walter & Juergen, could I get a "go" from either one
(hey, better both) of you that the MQ200 code is GPLed?

We need to know this or else we won't succeed with pushing
it to the framebuffer folks.
