Hallo!

I successfully installed Familiar 0.82 (OPIE) and 0.84-rc1 (OPIE and GDE
as well).
Everything went well, if it was not for the touchscreen making noise on
the speaker whenever there is some pressure on the screen.

There is a small difference while running in OPIE and in GDE - in OPIE
sound works (playing MP3 works) and in GDE it does not. Also, in OPIE
the noise *seems* not as load as in GDE.

I suppose it is a problem with the UCB1x00 driver (controller for the
touchscreen, keyboard and for sound).
Maybe it is somehow possible to increase the operating rate (just to
push the noise into high frequencies)?

I have read almost everybody has had this problem, but I did not find a
solution to it. Does everyone convive, or has someone a solution to it?

Saluti!

Ludwig
