I know. Thats why the mediaq driver disapeared from the kernel tree. I just gave you the code with the purpose that it helps you to find the bug. Otherwise you cna delete the message and everything is fine. Only mediaq it self can change the license. You can try to ask them if the license of the old mq200 driver is under GPL.
