There is a program called Digifix that may help, but the only permanent
solution that works is a replacement digitizer, which can be had for about
$35 (at least, that's how much it cost to have it done on my T2).

I have a Tungsten_T that I bought "as-is" a while back and notice 
frequently it selects something other than the location of the pen.  It 
wanders and often it is hard to get to the digitizer to re-set it.
