I had exactly the same problem with my Tungsten T.  I researched 
alot of people who were selling screws for Tungstens and felt very 
confident in using the following source.

that I can highly recommend.  It's run by Carmine Castiglia and he 
offers the exact replacement screws for Tungsten T palms.  I ordered 
with no problems.  Had my 4 new screws within a week.  The screws 
fit perfectly.  Carmine is honest, the screw price (with shipping) 
is reasonable and you get screws that were made to fit your Tungsten 
T.
