Any Bluetooth GPS receiver will work, since the format of the data is well defined (NMEA) Get the cheapest unless you have specific requirements . Assuming that you want mapping software, then the choices get tougher and more personal... I've used and liked Mapopolis when I was in the US awhile ago, and it got me around Phoenix and surrounds very well. There's a trial version, so you can have a go to see if you like it.
