Main uses will be scraps of information and a database of books, but
I'd also wondered about putting Project Gutenberg texts on it. 
Someone told me she found her T3 very useful for reading blockbuster
19th Century novels when standing in line!

Yes, that makes a great deal of sense.  I could get by with an E, but
a T3 would clearly be a much-preferred choice.  <sigh> just lost one
on eBay - too many "eBay snipers," I think.
