Having used all three I am qualified to answer this one...

*	
	TT - 16MB Reflective 320*320 screen (backlight can be turned off). Graffiti 1
*	
	T2 - 32MB Transflective 320*320 screen (brighter, but backlight cannot be turned off). Graffiti 2
*	
	T3 - 64MB Transflective 320*480 "stretch" screen with portrait and landscape modes. Graffiti 2

The T2 and T3 can be "retro-fitted" with Graffiti 1 if that is your preference.
