Hi Sean, You got that error message because there is no software in your T3 that can read a pdf file (Palm Reader only can read a pdb file). To read a pdf file on your T3, you should install a pdf reader such as PalmPDF (i recommend this because it's free and small enough), Adobe Reader, or Documents To Go.
