Software install hangs

Hello,

Whenever I try to install an .ipk file using the Add/Remove software on the
5500D, the installer seems to hang at 0%.  I can install on the command line
with "ipkg install filename.ipk", however.  Any ideas?

I've also had no success ftp'ing or telnet'ing to the unit either.
