Direct serial port access

I'm trying to write an application which uses the serial lines (Rx, Tx, CTS, 
RTS, ...) as serial I/O lines which needed to be toggled independendly.
Is there a way to do this with the inb() outb() macros (direct io) as it is in 
the x86 Port of Linux? 
What is the ioport address of the Zauurs serial port?
Or is there another (better) way to do this?
