lock QDialog into screen borders

G'day

Just wondering what the procedure is to lock QDialog into the 
border of the LCD. Basically, I can make it modal, with X and OK 
buttons on the window decoration, but there's no realy need for 
the user to be able to drag the window down and I think it would 
be better locked in place.

What's the best way of doing that?
