Hello Gian,

You will first have to know what kind of the interface the host (the PDA) supports. You will need access to the host block diagram. My guess is it is SPI, but I am not sure.
You will want to know how is it is you are going to access the SD slot. Can you work with the standard SD driver provided? You may also need a SPI controller driver.

The first step is to really to find the PDA hardware specification. No idea where you can get this. Any ideas?

Regards,
Girish.

Hi,

The SD spec define 3 interfaces: SD 1 wire mode, SD 4 wires mode and
the SPI mode.
I'm developping a simple card that has the dimension of an SD card that
has just an SPI interface.
I would know if it is possible to access this card using the SPI mode
(Is there the neccessary hardware and what about the software?)

Thanks

Gian Paolo
