IPAQ/zaurus 5500 differences

hello,

i am going to try my hand at porting openbsd to the Z,
and there is currently support for netbsd on the IPAQ,
i think this is the closest to the zaurus which is available
(both have SA1110 cpu)
i was wondering if someone could point me to any info on hardware differences
or just any sort of technical docs i may need for the Z-5500
