Developing for Sharp CF Camera

We have been trying out the Sharp CE-AG06 CF Card Digital Camera.  It works
well.  It is probably a better PDA add-on camera than the PalmPix ( for
Palm Pilot), NexiCam ( ipaq), or the camera built into that Clie.

Does information exist publicly on how to write programs for the Zaurus
that use the CE-AG06 camera?  Has anyone outside of Sharp done this?  Any
help finding or getting this information will be appreciated.

I did find that the CE-AG06 is only one out of a larger line of Sharp CF
based cameras.  They seem to be using them with various Japan only
electronic devices.  The CE-AG06 seems to be the only one that made it to
the US market.  Suprisingly none of them seem to be supported by MS
handheld OS's either.

I have spent some time searching.  All I can find is the Zaurus ROM
upgrades that include the Camera drivers.  I haven't found any references
to source code.
