Both models are actually the same size (or very close); it's just that the C760 comes with the larger battery and the big plastic cover for it, whereas it's a separately purchased option for the C750. So you can use the smaller battery and ditch the large plastic cover on the C760 if you'd like (it comes with a smaller battery cover for using it like this). Other than that, the only differences are: - white or black top - 128 MB or 64 MB internal flash storage (about half of each taken up with pre-installed stuff); both have 64 MB RAM in addition to this - Japanese dictionary data and program or not I'm in the apparent minority of people who actually uses my C760 in Japanese mode, and chose it *because* it has the dictionary data; some people are using a custom ROM that deletes it in favor of more free space. Using that, it does have basically a full 64 MB more usable space than the C750. So in summary: if cost isn't an issue, go ahead for the C760; you can always get a smaller battery if the thickness bothers you, and you do get more internal storage space.
