z v2.78 bootimage, no inittab file found!

I have the same problem, when I turn on the zaurus list the next:
 
INIT: version 2.78 booting
INIT: No inittab file found
INT: Entering runlevel : 5
INIT: no more processes left in this run level
 
 
My question is ?What can I do to restore top the original software?
I don't understand  whats mean reflash and how can I do that?
