I use a 1 gig microdrive without any problems. I have used it with FAT16

format and ext2 and I prefer ext2. I haven't notice a heat issue and its

hard to tell on battery since the battery doesn't last long to start with.

I just bought a micro drive for my Zaurus but I am wondering if anyone
has had issues using theirs. I am very new using the Zaurus, but I am
familiar with Linux. I thought the microdrive would be a smart
investment , having one place to store everything. I would love to hear
some feedback.
Thanks mates!

I've used a 340MB one. Works great but sucks the battery. Gets hot too. I
heard the 1GB one should use less power.
