How to set DNS server?

I can't figure out where to set the DNS server address.  I just
intalled a WAP, and my socket WiFi card is working fine
(connected with 128 bit WEP), and I can ping IP addresses, but
there is no place in the static IP configuration on the Z to
set DNS address.

Is DHCP the only way a Z will actually work?
