Hi! Darn, you mean noone's going to give me another free Zaurus? ;^)

Hrm. Aliens for the Zaurus wasn't actually designed by me. I think,
for the most part, it's new code. C++ for Qtopia, I guess.

The original Aliens is Xlib, and I wrote it for the Agenda VR3 PDA.

Perhaps the author of the Zaurus version could help?

Hrm, this could just be a permissions problem. Remember the 'original'
Zaurus (SL-5000D and SL-5500 through the 2.x ROMs) ran everything as root.
Now, there's a non-root user that runs stuff.

Try clicking-and-holding the Vectorids icon in the application tab display,
and then select the checkbox that lets you run it as root. If that doesn't
help, then perhaps it's an SDL-related issue.

It could be that a newer SDL-for-Zaurus release has fixed some issue,
and Vectoroids just needs to be re-linked or re-packaged.

IIRC, SDL is smart enough to handle rotation stuff nowadays.
(Thanks to David Hedbor, aka NeoTron, for the work on SDL for Zaurus
and Qtopia!)

Lemme know if that helps! Good luck!
