According to www.ezaurus.com, the hardware specs are almost exactly the same as the C760, the main difference being a 3.7 inch screen as apposed to the current 3.5, the cpu, flash, ans RAM are all the same.

The big feature on the Japanese site are the english <--> Japanese translation software, and the support for using the 860 like a usb drive.
