Delete files in Documents tab

Hai,
I'm using sharp rom 2.38
Could someone teell me how to delete a file from the Document tab ?
At the moment, I always delete those files from the file manager, but in
file manager, I have to delete 2 files, the first is the file, and the
second is the link to the documents tab
Can anyone tell me how to delete those files in the Documents tab easily
?
