Networks can be simple but there are multiple things which can go wrong. (Is that a contradiction?) Have you checked out the Network applet on the System tab? If your network supports it then DHCP is the simplest setting. An important thing for you to mention is which software ROM you are using. The System Info app Version tab has the information we need to know. Dave
