SD Card compatibility list ? && Z keep resetting itself

Okay, I'm sick of having my Zaurus crash and/or reset itself and lost 
everything that I did not back-up to my PC. So I'm going to buy an SD card. 
Is there any compatibility list, or is basically any Secure Digital memory 
card will work with Z? I'm looking for the cheapest one I can afford.
Sharp Zaurus SL 5500, ROM Ver: 2.38

Also, last time this happen, I had fully charged, put it in my pocket, and 
somehow, when I turn it out, it started the boot process. I was just about 
ready to throw it to a trash can when I found out it had resetted itself and 
I lost everything. Anyone know why it did that?
