You don't say which software / version you are using on your Z or what 
mail services you are currently using on the PC and how your archives 
are are packaged.

In case your mail archives are in "mbox" format then this reader might 
be just the thing for you:  Mbox Reader:

I don't have any clue if it can handle 8MB mbox files.....
