Background: SL5500, OpenZaurus 3.2 (opie not upgraded yet). I had a Red Hat 7.3 system, hard drive crashed, replaced it with SuSE 9.0 professional. I was using qtopia-desktop-1.6.0beta2-1. I tried qtopia-desktop-1.7.0-1su82.i386.rpm, and got errors. Then I tried qtopia-desktop-1.6.1-1.i386.rpm, and got the same errors. david@uni:~/.palmtopcenter/Settings> /opt/Qtopia/bin/qtopiadesktop Using /home/david/.palmtopcenter/ as your Qtopia Desktop directory. loading of transl failed: /opt/Qtopia/qtopiadesktop/i18n/en_US/ libaddressbook.qm loading of transl failed: /opt/Qtopia/qtopiadesktop/i18n/en_US/libdatebook.qm (more of this) loading of transl failed: /opt/Qtopia/qtopiadesktop/i18n/en_US/ libpalmtodolistimporter.qm loading of transl failed: /opt/Qtopia/qtopiadesktop/i18n/en_US/ libfileinstaller.qm init day addLnk name is empty! not adding type text/plain file (null) Segmentation fault There is no /opt/Qtopia/qtopiadesktop/i18n directory. It also didn't create the ~/.palmtopcenter directory when I started it up, and I got lots of errors about the location/time not being set, etc. until I created those as best as I could. Any hints? Thanks. -- DDDD David Kramer [email protected] http://thekramers.net DK KD DKK D Microsoft: "You've got questions. We've got dancing paperclips." DK KD DDDD
