After almost two years of Dvorak, I'm now quite speedy with ctrl C, X 
and V. But not always accurate. So sometimes, especially when I'm 
writing a long text in a textarea in a browser tab, I hit ctrl W instead 
of ctrl V. Easy to do because W is next to V. The problem: ctrl W is 
"close window" or "close tab" in a lot of applications :(. Whoever 
thought of that... ctrl F4 is just fine for closing a window!

Anyway, apparently I should get more accurate :)
