The 2030dv does exist - I was in touch with their customer service agent, and she said they were waiting for a shipment of the dvorak-printed keyboards. She said if I couldn't wait, my only option was to get one with the Dvorak skin. If you want the latest info, you might as well contact them, but that's what TypeMatrix told me. They were very helpful.
