You may be interested to learn that Kinesis has released the new 
Freestyle keyboard, a traditional staggered layout but completely separable.

The only keyboards I am aware of that have the orthogonal layout that 
have ever been produced are:

Kinesis Contoured Keyboard (Advantage is current model)
Typematrix / EZReach Keyboard (2030 is current model)
Datadesk SmartBoard (UPC 5000 is current model)
