I am playing with the idea of using a frenchified version of the Dvorak 
layout.
Would this program allow me to define my own Dvorak layout for the 
TypeMatrix and use it on any computer without installing anything on 
this computer.

In other words, are the keys remapped on the computer or on the keyboard 
itself?
