Datahand NAS mode is weird

My layout's always been weird because I've been using a software Dvorak
layout on my Datahand, but it just got weirder for some reason. The NAS
mode used to produce the digits on the correct buttons and the right symbols
associated with those numbers, but those buttons now correspond to w, $, &,
home, right arrow, 0, 4, 5, 6, v in NAS mode. The shift button doesn't seem
to have an effect in the combination; I get the same symbols when I press
shift, but I select what you'd expect me to when I do shift plus home or
right arrow.
