If you can't find one of these, keep in mind you can still get 
Dvorak-labeled PC keyboards at

They come in two-hand, left-hand, and right-hand; PS/2 and USB; regular 
and large print; black and (I assume) beige. They rely on the system's 
Dvorak keymap.

These folks also carry several Dvorak-switchable Kinesis models.
