Fentek is cool, pity they don't have an outlet in the UK (I'm really 
surprised that there aren't more people offering alternatives to 
QWERTY).

The Typematrix does look nice. Sadly they've been out of stock for 
some time now.

Another alternative 'orthogonal' layout is the 'Plum' keyboard (I've 
got one of these on order, and hope that the keytops on this can be 
switched around): see http://www.plum.bz/. Another US-based biz.

An interesting variant to the 'orthogonal' layout is the A-Shape, 
from a4Tech. See for instance http://www.a4tech.com/en/product2.asp?
CID=2&SCID=12&MNO=KB%28S%29-6. These people seem to be represented 
almost everywhere except in the UK. Although (I think) the 'A-Shape' 
is a great idea, the keytops clearly can't be moved about... I've 
asked them about the possibility of producing a Dvorak version and 
the response I got was, in essence, "what's 'Dvorak'?".

(I have no affiliation with any of these people. My interest is in 
promoting the Dvorak layout - or indeed ANY non-QWERTY layout, I 
consider myself 'anti-qwerty' rather than 'pro-this-that-or-the-
other'!)
