Re: Publications offered

I assume Randy Cassingham's book is available 
somewhere.  The Navy report is cited in a book 
Contemporary Research in E-Marketing that's in 
Google books.  The only reference to Quick 
Strokes is to my previous offer on this list to 
sell it!  I have no idea whether anyone would be 
interested in digitizing it. There's no copyright 
notice in QS, but Dvorak Developments has 
one.  (FWIW, at some point copyright notices 
became unnecessary; I don't remember the 
date.)  Whether anybody would be interested in 
digitizing it I don't know.  I wouldn't mind being paid for my copies.
