You have probably already thought of that, but the best thing is not to 
use the mouse at all if possible.

A few Autohotkey macros for example can help a lot, or take the habit of 
pressing the menu key.

There is even an autohotkey macro to emulate a mouse, but I haven’t 
tried it yet.
